About these terms
This website is run by Fern Painting Co, a sole trader business based at Beaconsfield Road, Basingstoke, Hampshire RG21 3DQ. You can reach us at hello@fernpainting.co.uk or on 07946 545533. These terms cover the website only. They do not cover any painting or decorating work we carry out. Work is agreed separately with you, in writing, when you accept a quote.
Information on this site
We take care to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but it is for general information only. It does not form an offer, a quote or a contract. Descriptions of services, photographs of past work and any examples are illustrative, and the finished result of any job depends on the property, the surfaces and what is agreed with you.
Sending an enquiry or quote request through the website does not create a contract between us. We will reply to discuss your project and, if you wish to go ahead, agree the work and price with you separately.
Using the website
You may view and use this website for lawful, personal or business enquiry purposes. Please do not:

The text, photographs, logo, design and other material on this website belong to Fern Painting Co or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other rights. You may view the site and print or save a copy of a page for your own use. Please do not copy, republish or use our content, including our work photographs and logo, for other purposes without our written permission.

The site links to other websites, such as our Facebook page, and includes services provided by others, such as the contact form and map from Google.
